A proud Nevada native, born and raised, Geenamarie Carucci is a managing partner at Carucci & Carucci, Ltd., formerly known as Carucci & Associates. Practicing alongside her father and founding partner, Roderic Carucci, Geenamarie is honored to continue her family's legacy of trusted, compassionate legal service to the Nevada community.

Geenamarie focuses her practice on family law, helping clients navigate life's most personal and challenging situations—such as divorce, custody, and support matters—with empathy, understanding, and clear guidance. She is passionate about helping clients find stability and resolution during stressful times.

In addition to her family law work, Geenamarie practices business and general civil litigation. She thrives on solving complex legal problems, developing creative and effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her broad experience gives her the ability to analyze multifaceted issues with precision and advocate with confidence both inside and outside the courtroom.

Before joining Carucci & Carucci, Geenamarie practiced at Fennemore Craig, P.C., focusing on business litigation from 2021 to 2023. Earlier in her career, she served as a law clerk for Ret. Justice James W. Hardesty at the Nevada Supreme Court (2020–2021) and completed externships with both Justice Hardesty (2019) and the Honorable Ret. Judge Doherty (2018). These experiences gave her invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and the importance of thorough, principled advocacy.

Geenamarie earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2019, graduating summa cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. Geenamarie is also a proud member of the Wolf Pack as she earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2017, also summa cum laude.

When she's not advocating for her clients, Geenamarie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their Newfoundland, Willow. Whether camping, hiking, skiing, or off-roading, she brings the same sense of adventure, balance, and determination to her personal life that she brings to her legal practice every day.
