Roderic A. Carucci is the founding partner of Carucci & Carucci, Ltd., formerly known as Carucci & Associates, where he has been proudly serving clients since 1991. For more than three decades, Rod has built his practice on trust, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life's most important legal matters.

Rod represents clients in a wide range of areas, with a particular focus on family law, business law, and civil litigation. Whether guiding a family through a difficult transition or helping a business resolve a complex dispute, he brings practical insight, genuine care, and years of experience to every case.

Rod earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Thereafter, Rod had the privilege of clerking for Justice Charles Springer of the Supreme Court of Nevada. He also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry—a combination that gives him both the analytical skills and business perspective his clients value.

Before becoming an attorney, Rod worked as a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for several Fortune 500 companies and venture capital–backed startups. That real-world business experience continues to shape his practical, solutions-focused approach to the law.

One of Rod's greatest joys is practicing law alongside his daughter, Geenamarie Carucci, who is also a partner at the firm. Together, they bring a blend of experience, energy, and compassion to their work, treating every client like family.

Outside the office, Rod loves to travel the world, explore new cultures, and meet people from all walks of life—a passion that reflects his curiosity, open-mindedness, and appreciation for life's many adventures.
